Mail-in entries

If you are shipping your entry to the HSAC building please do the following:

Wrap the framed work carfully and securely and place in shipping box. You may also look to add some more padding to the box to ensure safe delivery.

Mail/ship/pony-express package to: 213 West Ballentine Street, Holly Springs NC 27540

This is a seperate building with its own mailbox and delivery dock. We would highly recommend that you get delivery conformation. We always have someone at the HSAC building so there should never be a time when the package would not be received.


If the show you are submitting for allows for digital work:

You may have the HSAC output the work here and only ship a frame or drop ship a frame. These arrangments need to be made ahead of time. If we receive an empty frame with no idea what to do with we will put in our stock of for sale frames.
